“On Christmas Eve, if you sleep with kismet cookies under your pillow and dream of your one true love, he will be your destiny.”
But when a letter from a sick fan brings Sarah back to Twilight, she’s shocked to discover that Travis is the little girl’s father—unattached and hotter than ever. His smile still makes her melt, but Sarah knows that ship has sailed. Travis, however, might have different ideas.
My Thoughts:
First off I really enjoy this contemporary series because I always feel that we learn about so many great main characters as well as the side stories with the background characters that live in the town of Twilight. When you read any of the books in this great series you feel like you are actually living in Twilight, Texas with them and that you are a part of their families. I feel when a book or a series can suck you into the story line that well then it is a keeper.
This story had a holiday feel to it because our leading lady, Sarah returns to Twilight for the holiday season to do a book tour and make one little girl’s Christmas wish come true. Little does Sarah or Sadie Cool know that this little girl she is going to visit is the daughter of her long time crush Travis. Sarah once barged in on Travis’ wedding to another woman and she ran away, eventually to New York to become a famous author.
The reunion with not only Travis but with the town she fell in love with as a little girl gives Sarah a fresh take on life again. The romance between the couple is sweet and cute which is how I always think of these books. The book is not as steamy as some others out there but it works for this cute series. I would say if you are looking for a series where you really connect with the characters that has no paranomal elements in it then this is the series for you.
Overall I give this book 4.5 stars and the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I felt the ending was a bit abrupt. The ending left some loose ends in the story lines of the secondary characters that I hope the next book in the series will wrap up.

I personally really enjoy this series as you can probably tell by my review. It is one of those cute romance series where you connect well with the characters, which some romance books lack just because they are centered only on the sex. Thanks for stopping by and commenting
